1. Acceptance and Scope By downloading and using this application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description Gurbetci offers multiple features to its users: • Classifieds: Posting product or service ads, searching, purchasing, or messaging. • Messages & Groups: Inter-user communication, community building, and group chats. • Discover: Reviewing, rating, and commenting on businesses such as restaurants, cafes, bars, and entertainment centers. • News: Presenting current news feeds in Turkish via AI-supported translation.

3. User Responsibilities • You are solely responsible for the ads, messages, comments, and content you share. • Sharing misleading, illegal, offensive, or spam-like content is prohibited. • All actions performed within the application must comply with applicable laws and regulations. • Actions that harm the privacy or copyright of other users are prohibited.

4. Account Usage • It is mandatory that the information provided when creating an account is accurate and up-to-date. • You are responsible for the security of your account; do not share it with third parties. • Gurbetci reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete user accounts in cases of rule violations.

5. Paid Services Gurbetci offers certain features free of charge; however, paid services such as premium features, ad boosting, or promoted visibility may be added in the future. Paid services will be clearly indicated.

6. Disclaimer • Gurbetci is not a party to transactions made between users. • The accuracy of ads, comments, or message content is the user's responsibility. • Gurbetci cannot be held liable for damages resulting from application interruptions, data loss, or technical malfunctions.

7. Intellectual Property The application design, logo, code structure, visuals, and all texts belong to Gurbetci. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

8. Amendments Gurbetci may update these terms at any time. Changes will be announced via in-app notifications.

9. Applicable Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. In case of any dispute, the courts of Warsaw shall have jurisdiction.
